Paula Chapman, former owner of Inside Outlet and Mizzou Grad, has joined the Joe Machens Automotive Group as Sales and Marketing Manager. Paula is originally from Columbia and has been married to her husband, Larry, for 34 years. Together with her sister, Paula opened Inside Outlet, a retail furniture business, when her son left for college in 2000. The pair sold the business in 2008, and Paula remained until April 2009 to assist in the transition. Paula is excited to be part of the Machens Group and looks forward to working with such a great team. She is a certified Mercedes Sales Consultant-but is happy to assist with the purchase of any vehicle, new or pre-owned. My name is Sarah McDannel. I have been in the automotive business for a little over 9 years, and have spent 7 of those in the internet and business development departments. I spend a lot of my time at a computer or on the phone, just talking to people to discover their needs and wants.
